PROJECT COORDINATOR

The role of the Project Coordinator is to populate & maintain the work schedules for our installation
crews while keeping jobs and services moving towards completion as quickly as possible. When
scheduling installation and/or service work with customers, the Project Coordinator clearly communicates
all relevant timelines, technical and process-oriented information and adjusts expectations if necessary.
We seek to provide an excellent customer experience and keep our warehouses busy. Our success as a
company depends on the quality, helpfulness and proactiveness of the Project Coordinator.

RESPONSIBILITIES

*Contact customers to schedule & confirm their installation
*Maintain a populated crew schedule for at least three weeks out
*Set and, at times, re-set expectations with the customer on the installation itself along with next steps in
the project s post-construction phase
*Create Job Folders and Coordinate between Warehouse and Installation Crews

QUALIFICATIONS

*Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer support or scheduling role
*Strong phone and listening skills
*Excellent follow up and problem-solving skills
*Strong computer skills
*Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment and is results oriented to deliver an outstanding
customer experience.

*Excellent customer service skills required
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
*Regular, reliable and predictable attendance required
*Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment
*Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment criminal, driving and drug screen

Receiving, Inventory, and Production Associate

USA Bath/California Closets, a bathroom remodeling and closet organization contractor, is currently seeking an associate for our location in Reno.

This person will be checking in deliveries, material handling, some carpentry/cabinetry assembly, and light production work, requiring use of saws, drill presses, and hand tools. Kitting customer jobs to be ready for installation.

Qualifications:

* 2+ years experience

* Stable work history

* Some basic carpentry and cabinetry skills, tool experience

* Able to pass test for basic materials skills, such as reading a tape measure

* Forklift experience is a requirement. Forklift certified is a definite plus.

* Attention to detail.

* Works well with managers and other employees.

* Willingness to follow proven systems and learn.

* Must be physically fit and capable to lifting 75+ pounds regularly.

* Team player.

* High School Diploma or equivalent.

* Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check.

*Clean DMV record w/current driver’s license (required).

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Light manufacturing & production
  • Receiving shipments
  • Field production assistance as required
  • Pick and delivery of materials
