USA Bath Warranty Cheat Sheet:
Guide To The Repairs And Replacements We Cover With Our Lifetime Warranty
Keeping a household in working order is hard as it is. We sympathize, and we know how annoying it can be to have to deal with warranties on top of everything else. That’s why we’re simplifying things with this easy cheat sheet on what our Northern California and Northern Nevada clients can expect from their warranties.
Where Our Coverage Applies
To make life sweeter for homeowners, our warranty covers as much as possible. Here’s how it applies to wet areas, such as baths and showers, and dry areas, such as closets:
In wet areas, such as baths and showers, we warranty our acrylic products for life. This includes:
- The right to transfer the warranty to a new homeowner within three years of their purchase,
- Comprehensive workmanship and labor coverage,
- Coverage for any wet area extras that we install, including valves, shower doors, seats and other fixtures.
We don’t stop at these materials. Our coverage also applies to silicone seals as long as they’re inspected once every 5 years, and we can provide limited guarantees for tile elements. Many of our wet area products also include Good Housekeeping Seals, which carry further protection against defects.
In addition to the manufacturer protections attached to every dry area product that we install, we provide our own three-year labor and workmanship coverage. We also take great pains to ensure that our clients rarely need to rely on their warranties. We work hard to verify the quality of every fixture and component we use. If we installed it, then it’s a safe bet that it’s made to last.
What We Don't Cover
Our warranty doesn’t apply to misuse or damage caused by contact with unapproved cleaners. Although we love DIY, we can’t cover repairs unless they’re performed by our professional experts. We also provide cleaning and maintenance instructions, so it’s easy to stay covered.
