We’ll honestly assess whether you are looking for a permanent solution or a shorter-term patch

A few days before the appointment you’ll hear from us again to confirm the appointment.

We’ll confirm the date and time of the consultation, and also:
● That you own the home
● That the consultation will take approximately 90 minutes
● That all the decision makers will be present at the meeting

4. In Home Consultation
Typically, everyone wants to start with designing how things will look. We do it differently

Identify the specific problems that you need to solve:
● Damage to your Home
● Functional configuration change
● Convert bathtub to shower (easier step-in, less risk of falling)
● Enlarge entry/eliminate barrier (limited mobility and/or caregiver access)
● Walk-in bathtub
● Appearance (can’t stand it anymore!)

Understand/Evaluate Options:
● Why are the problems happening?
● What layout will solve the problems?
● What materials will solve the problems?
● What are the functional & cost tradeoffs?
● Given your needs and budget, what is the best combination of layout & materials that will provide the best long-term value?

5. Contract
We won’t give you an estimate or a quote. We will give you a to the penny contract for the detailed customized job we have agreed on.

A few days after the contract is signed, we will reconfirm all details, measurements, products, code requirements etc...

We will let you know everything is on track and give you a timetable for when we expect to receive all materials.

● We order materials (most are custom).
● We receive Materials and double check every item for accuracy and to ensure nothing has arrived damaged.
● We will contact you to schedule Installation!

7. Installation
On the agreed upon installation date our trained company installers will arrive on time:
● Reconfirm all materials with you before installation.
● Protect your home from dirt and dust
● 1 to 3 days for a “Wet Area” project or 5 to 10 days for a full bathroom.
● Installers will clean up every night before leaving.
● If there is a custom size shower door, it will be specially ordered – and installed usually 10 to 14 days later.
● Installers will make sure you are happy with everything and answer all of your questions before leaving the last day.

8 - Follow Up
8. Follow Up

A few weeks after your installation, we will call to make sure everything is working the way you want it to, and answer any questions you may have.

Several weeks after installation a third party survey company, GuildQuality, will call you to conduct a short survey about your project from start to finish. This helps us fine-tune our operations and makes sure we are always walking the talk on providing the best customer service in the business!
